Black Butler, Sebastian X Reader part 2

The state i was in was like nothing i had ever felt before. I felt like i was awake, and asleep at the same time. I felt like i knew what was going around me, yet i felt completely oblivious to it all. I thought i saw...felt would be a better word to describe it when Sebastian gently carried me into my room and lay me down on my small bed, pulling the blankets over me and kissing my forehead sweetly before blowing out the candle he was holding and exiting the room.

I lay there in a strange trance for some time, it felt like hours, but it could have been minutes. By the time the morning sun shone into the room and i managed to come to, i felt like i had been sleeping for years. A knocking came on the door and i sat up. Strangely enough, i felt absolutely fine, i would have even gone as far to say i felt better than the night before.

"Come in." i said, the sleepy feeling that had pulled me into the trance was completely gone, i was perfectly awake. And i wasn't surprised when Mey Rin stumbled into the room, having stumbled on the doorframe.

"Ah, (__n__), so you are awake, Mr. Sebastian wants to see you in the kitchen right away!" she exclaimed.

"Ah, yes. I'll be there in a moment" i said.

"I'll let him know" she said before closing the door.

I threw the blankets off and was surprised to notice that my skin seemed to have paled a few shades. I tossed the thought aside as i rose up and rummaged through my belongings to find a pair of brown trousers, boots and a simple white shirt, i was a stable hand, i didn't wear dresses. And i certainly wasn't going to start now.

I began changing quickly after washing up in the small washroom down the hall that me and Mey Rin shared. I tied back my (__c__) hair and began making my way to the kitchen. I passed Finni on the way there. I said a cheerful good morning, he looked at me in a strange way for a few seconds before saying that he had to go tend to the gardens. I really couldn't have changed that much...could i?

I reached the kitchens without incident and walked inside, instantly Sebastian was standing right infront of me, having abandoned his cooking to tend to me.

"How is my beautiful demoness this morning?" he cooed, stroking my cheek. I was surprised by the way he was acting.

"Good...It appears that you have something boiling over on the stove..." i mutterd. He stood up and ran over, quickly announcing the ingredients again. I smiled a bit, hopefully not much would change around the Phantomhive mannor with my sudden transformation. The bell rang once again.

"Should i get that?" i asked.

"That is probably the young master waiting for his morning tea. Please bring this up to him, tell him i apologize for my lateness." with that, he pecked me on the cheek before going back to his cooking.

Maybe things would change, but maybe things wouldn't be so bad with the changes. I took the silver tray up the stairs and into the young master's office. I knocked twice and waited for him to invite me inside.
"Come in." Ciel said, sounding rather bored. I walked inside.

"Again? That is twice now." Ciel remarked. When i placed his tea on the small desk and told him what kind it was. He looked accusingly at me.

"...There is something different about you today (__n__), i can't quite put my finger on it." Ciel mutterd as he took a sip of the chinese tea.

"I don't know what you mean young master." i said.

"Please tell Sebastian to hurry it up. As much as i enjoy your company (__n__), he is my butler, not you." Ciel said.

"I'll tell him." i said as i exited the room.

The rest of the day went on as usual, Mey Rin broke the tea cups, again. Finni accidenly sprayed the garden with pesticides instead of fertilizer and Bard tried to blow up the kitchen, and this time suceeded. I was sent into town to pick up more supplies to replace what was lost, i got back, helped Sebastian bring the supplies inside, then i went outside to water and feed the horses. And throughout the day, every time i passed Ciel's office, i had the strangest urge to go inside. As if i was starving and on the streets and there was a full course meal just beyond the door. But i kept my cool and continued on.

After everything had been dealt with for the day, and Sebastian was getting Ciel ready for bed. I went to my room to find a tiny, blood red and black dress laying on my bed with a note on it. I picked it up and began to read.


'(__n__), please meet me in my quarters after i am finished with work, it would be kind of you to wear the dress that i left for you, i hope to see you there. Sebastian.' a smile worked it's way onto my face as i picked up the dress. This was a good change.
